Develop These 3 Habits For Living Everyday Better

Just as your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and farther when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals, and values are in balance.~ Brian Tracy

Today, I would like to offer you a complimentary copy of a terrific report by Brian Tracy.

Your goal should be to live to 100 in superb physical health. In order to accomplish this, we must do the following:

  •  Design and imagine your ideal body. What would your body look like if it was perfect in your own estimation? This is your goal.
  •  The key to health and life can be summarized in five words, “Eat less and exercise more.
  •  Develop the discipline of exercising every day, even if all you do is go for a walk. Exercise is best done in the morning, immediately after you get up, before you have time to think about it. If you do this for 21 days, it will become part of your regular routine for the rest of your life.
  •  Eliminate the three white poisons: flour, sugar and salt.
  •  Eat more salads and lighter foods; eat before 6pm and eat half portions.
  •  Get regular medical and dental check-ups. They can add years to your life.
  •  Use the Michael Jordon method: “Just do it!”

Overcoming cancer was a wake-up call for Brian Tracy. He realized that there is ONE choice you can make which will affect every other aspect of your life.

It’s the choice of health.

  3. Hey Marc,
I never new Brian Tracy was a cancer survivor.. makes his message even more powerful. Recently I started making “green” shakes, lots of dark greens, mixed with banana, protein power – yum., I drink this shake every day now, little healthy changes go far. Thanks for a great post as usual!

  4. Hi Marc,

I will definitely share this and hope and many others will take advantage of the valuable information. I totally agree that Good health is a choice, although I know that it can be a contentious stance. As a matter of fact, I used to have a FB group called. Your health-Your choice.

There is not much else that matters when you fail your health.
Notice I didn’t say when our health fails you.
You are in the driver’s seat.

  5. Hi Marc

I have cut out sugar – to some extent, and flour is the big one to get shot of….. and my wife Gill hates salt…. so not much of that around either….

We mainly eat fresh cooked foods, so little processed foods, so not too much sneaking in…

I am not as such on a diet – just changing my diet.

I was starting to get, what I describe as sugar spikes – so my diet is, meant to be, sugar free – and at the moment, that especially includes fruit sugars….

I guess this could be one warning side of worse to come, if I did not control it.

I will check out this report too, and see what I can learn from that too, thanks!
