HERE ARE A FEW IMPORTANT BUSINESS BUILDING TIPS TO CONSIDER

Many of you are about to have the real opportunity to create substantial wealth at a much faster rate than has ever before been possible in the MLM industry. The biggest teams will of course be built by those who pour the STEAM on now by reaching that special point where duplication explodes and where magical things happen. While some on your team will experience great success, others will simply pull up a chair on the sidelines and watch this opportunity pass them by, heck they might even be foolish enough to quit, but that’s life as 90% of people quit everything they start… Consider the principles we just watched in the 212movie. As a success coach and leader (by the way, if you’re building a team, you are in fact a success coach and a leader), it’s time to find out who on your team wants to play on the “A-Team” and those are the people you need to spend your time working with.

Like Woody Allen once said: 80% of success is just showing up!

I know the people who are serious about changing their financial situation are already getting to work in a big way… But for those who haven’t applied themselves, I must ask the question, if not now, then when?

AS A LEADER, YOUR JOB IS TO HELP PREPARE YOUR TEAM TO CATCH THE MONITIUM MOMENTUM WAVE THAT’S ABOUT TO HIT… TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS PROCESS, YOU’LL NEED TO UNDERSTAND HOW NOT TO FALL INTO THE “FAILURE” TRAP!

First, you must understand that most people fail or quit, that’s just the simple truth and you as a business owner and team leader need to understand why. I’m sure you already recognize that people fail not only in network marketing, but in any pursuit or challenge of significance. So understanding WHY people fail can help you and your team avoid these traps and turn them into Reasons People Succeed. Follow along with me for a moment…

Here’s 4 Reasons Why People WILL Fail

1. THEY… Never Fully Commit: If a person fails to fully commit to achieving success in any given area of their life (Monitium, marriage, school, etc)…. They are automatically headed for mediocrity at best and most likely failure. When it comes to being a network marketer, Monitium was specifically designed to give our associates the greatest opportunity to succeed that any network marketer could ever hope to have, but it still requires a sincere commitment.

2. THEY… Never Fully Plug In: If you don’t think getting on the conference calls, webinars, and Monitium’s Success System trainings are important, think again. It’s no coincidence that those who are in attendance are also the ones seeing their teams grow. Do you spend time in the Monitium Success System every day?

3.THEY… Are spending Time with the Wrong People: This is The Most Frustrating Path to Failure.

2 very different groups of people exist within your Monitium business today…

a.) Whiners vs. Winners … whiners will always find a problem to whine about: color of the website, their wife or husband, their team members, the price of something, etc. If you want to fail from frustration, spend your time listening to whiners and order a large supply of Prozac. If you want to achieve your WHY, spend your time helping the Winners and you’re life and business will be a lot more fun!

Early in my MLM career I realized that I was foolishly only spending 10% of my time with the winners/builders in my downline… you know the ones who were actually building teams and making things happen. And I SPENT 90% OF MY TIME WITH THE WHINNERS, handling their complaints, trying to fix their challenges and you know what, they still quit… that’s right, even after I helped them in every way I could, they still quit. So I finally stopped and guess what…

Once I recognized this and turned the equation around to spending 90% of my time with the winners, my commission check grew by over $23,000 a month in less than 6 months.

4. THEY… Focus on Challenges and Obstacles Rather than the Vision they are creating: There will always be challenges and obstacles. Let me repeat that again, there will always be challenges and obstacles in anything worth doing. If you focus on them, they grow; but if you focus on your Vision, your Vision grows. Which are you focusing on right now?

If those are the reasons people FAIL, what are the reasons they SUCCEED? That’s Simple:

1. THEY Fully Commit: Commit Yourself to your Vision and Purpose… A person on a true mission will not fail, because they will not quit.

2. THEY Fully Plug In: Spend time inside the Monitium community each day. Read the Forums, post videos, engage with new friends. Plug into all company conference calls. Plug into personal development.

3. THEY Spend Time with the RIGHT People: The Absolute Best Way To Success
a.) THEY Spend time with Winners

4. THEY… Focus on the Vision THEY Created

As you read these 4 Reasons, think long and hard about your own success or failure thus far. Evaluate yourself, your attitude, and your business behaviors. Are you fully committed? Fully plugged in? Spending time with the RIGHT people? Focusing on Your Vision?

Next evaluate your team members. Determine who is serious and who will stay the course and invest in those team members. Those who know their WHY are 90% more likely to pay the price required to attain success. If you haven’t spent long enough with your team members to know what their WHY is for building Monitium, pick up the phone and call each one and find out!

NEXT IMPORTANT TIP…. BALANCE YOUR COACHING WITH TOUGH LOVE…. DON’T BABY YOUR FUTURE LEADERS; TEACH THEM TO FLY ON THEIR OWN.

Very often I hear from people who tell me, “I can’t visualize.” (Hint…build a Dream Board with pictures, the mind thinks in 60,000 images a day on average!)

I also commonly hear that they’ve been taught that unless they can see what they want, the Law of Attraction won’t work for them.

That is sheer, complete, and utter NONSENSE.

Okay let’s make this simple… picture a boat. See yourself owning a boat. See yourself sailing the Caribbean in a boat, you get the idea, right?

Guess what’s going to happen next.

NOTHING…

Now I buy a lot of Law of Attraction products and I have to say something.

Some are good, but most of them are full of baloney!

Like the cast member of the Secret who invented a guitar that if you play a certain chord, all your dreams come true.

Can you believe that type of junk and yet just look at how much of this is sold online everyday!

Bottom-line, NOTHING happens unless and until your get off your butt and make it happen! And there’s only one person that can cause this to happen and that person is YOU!
